When your child starts at Hallam Fields we ask for all medical information which is relevant to school so we can record it on our computer system.  If your child has more complex medical needs we will discuss a care plan with you so we record the best way to support your child and their needs.

If your child needs medication whilst they are at school for something which has been prescribed and needs to be given throughout the day such as an inhaler we will ask you to complete a medical form. For medication which has three doses per day this can be given outside of school, however for four or more doses of prescribed medication we ask you to complete a form and speak to the office staff so that we can agree when your child will need their medication.
